Lisa is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets/M & A practice group. Her practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, complex commercial contracts, corporate financing and general business matters for a variety of corporate clients. Lisa leads our Manufacturing and Industrial sector industry team in addition to chairing our recruiting committee and serving on the firm's Executive Committee. She joined the firm in 1997. Lisa graduated from Rice University, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Music degree. She received her J.D., with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a member of the North Carolina Law Review. Lisa is also a member of the Order of the Coif.
