Two New Associates Join Wyrick Robbins
RALEIGH, NC—Wyrick Robbins is pleased to announce the recent addition of two new associates.
Dan Tracey practices in the areas of corporate law, venture capital and private equity financings, securities law, banking & financial institutions and mergers & acquisitions. Dan received his B.A., M.B.A., and J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in graduate school, Dan served as Editor in Chief of the North Carolina Banking Institute, co-founded the Transactional and Corporate Law Association, and served as a teaching assistant in the strategy department at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Devon White’s practice focuses on trademark and copyright prosecution and enforcement. She works with clients on branding strategies and building and maintaining strategic domestic and international portfolios. Devon has experience in a broad range of fields, including software and e-commerce, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, specialty food and beverage, fitness, nutrition, education, higher education and athletics, publishing and the arts. A significant portion of Devon's practice involves the handling of trademark disputes, and oppositions and cancellations before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Devon received her B.A. and M.A. with honors in English from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington. She earned her J.D. with honors from the North Carolina Central University School of Law.
