Wyrick Robbins Advises Blackbaud in Merger Agreement with Convio
RALEIGH, NC—Wyrick Robbins served as lead counsel to its long-time client, Blackbaud, Inc., in connection with the company’s entry into a definitive merger agreement with Convio, Inc.
Under the terms of the agreement, Blackbaud will acquire all outstanding shares of common stock of Convio for $16.00 per share, representing a premium of 49% compared to Convio’s recent closing price and an aggregate equity purchase price of approximately $330 million.
