Paragon Commercial Corporation, parent company of Paragon Bank, announced the closing of its previously announced initial public offering of shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $34.00 per share. The underwriters purchased additional shares of common stock from Paragon, bringing the total offering to 845,588 shares. The shares sold in the offering began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “PBNC” on June 16, 2016.
