Cullen focuses his practice on representing management in litigation involving wage and hour disputes, breach of contract, unfair competition, race and national origin discrimination, harassment, and disability discrimination. He also represents and counsels employers in labor matters related to arbitrations and unfair labor practice cases, as well as general commercial litigation. Cullen has represented companies in a variety of industries, including healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, retail, education, and finance.
In addition, Cullen counsels employers on a variety of issues, including reductions in force, terminations, regulatory compliance, and drafting effective handbooks, policies, and employment agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Cullen worked at Ford Harrison LLP, a boutique labor and employment firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Cullen graduated cum laude from Emory University School of Law, where he received awards for outstanding achievement in Negotiations and Disability Discrimination. During law school, Cullen clerked for the Georgia Supreme Court, as well as the Major Case Division of the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.
