Commercial Finance Attorney

Position Details

Wyrick Robbins is seeking an individual with 6+ years of relevant experience in commercial finance transactions to join its growing Commercial Finance practice. The firm has a collegial office environment with leading practitioners on sophisticated matters at a regional, national and even international level.

The ideal candidate will have experience representing both borrowers and lenders in a variety of loan transactions, including acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, cash flow and asset-based loans, mezzanine financings, and intercreditor agreements.

NC Bar admission preferred. Top tier law school and top tier firm experience preferred.  Excellent written, analytical and verbal skills required.
