Three Associates Join Wyrick Robbins
RALEIGH, NC—Wyrick Robbins is pleased to announce the recent addition of three associates.
Jack R. Magee joins the firm’s Capital Markets/M&A practice area. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, securities law, commercial contracts, and general corporate matters. Jack received his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Daniel J. Palmieri joins the firm’s Labor & Employment practice area. He regularly advises employers on compliance and litigation avoidance related to state and federal employment laws and regulations. Dan also assists employers with drafting employment related contracts and other documents, including employee handbooks and policies, employment agreements, covenants not to compete, non-disclosure agreements, and separation agreements. Dan earned his law degree with high honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law and earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to joining the firm, Dan practiced with another Raleigh law firm.
Daniel R. Roberts joins the firm’s Capital Markets/M&A practice area. He practices in the areas of corporate and securities law, including company formation, venture capital financings, technology licensing, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Dan received his law degree from the University of Chicago and Master of Laws in Law and Entrepreneurship from Duke Law School. During his time at Duke, Dan worked as a practicum fellow at Hatteras Venture Partners and served as director for a Durham-based emerging growth company that he co-founded. Dan also received a B.S. in Biochemistry, magna cum laude, with a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
