Wyrick Robbins acted as company counsel to Globus Medical, Inc. in connection with its $110 million Series E Preferred Stock financing. According to Private Equity HUB, a Thomson Financial news source, this financing is the largest venture capital transaction of 2007 to date in the United States.
Globus Medical is a spinal implant manufacturer with a full portfolio of spinal fusion products, burgeoning initiatives in biomaterials development and minimally invasive approaches, and is among the world leaders in the development of motion sparing technology. Wyrick Robbins has served as legal counsel to Globus Medical since it was founded in 2003.
