Wyrick Robbins Elects Three Attorneys to Firm Partnership

RALEIGH, NC—Wyrick Robbins is pleased to announce that the following attorneys have been elected to partnership in the firm, effective January 1, 2018:

Tara N. Cho focuses on privacy and data security issues across multiple industry sectors, with an emphasis on compliance risks and regulatory requirements for clinical research organizations, hospitals, nursing homes and home health providers, physician practices, pharmacies, device manufacturers, and other clients in the health care and pharmaceutical industries. She is an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional in the U.S. and Europe. Tara received her J.D. from the New England School of Law in Boston, MA, and her B.A. from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN.

Paul J. Puryear, Jr. focuses his practice in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, representing clients both in the trial and appellate courts and in arbitration. PJ’s experience includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in contractual disputes, intra-corporate disputes, and cases involving embezzlement and breach of fiduciary duty claims. He received his J.D., with high honors, and his B.S. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Stuart M. Rigot represents public and private companies in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities law, banking regulation, capital formation, and commercial contracts. Stu has significant experience advising banks in connection with mergers and acquisitions, bank regulatory applications, private placements of securities, recapitalization transactions, and a wide range of general corporate governance matters. He received his J.D., with honors, and his B.A., with highest distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
