Eric focuses his practices in a variety of areas of corporate law, including banking regulation, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, capital markets, and general corporate matters.
Eric graduated from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Robertson Scholar, with a B.S. in Business Administration. He received his J.D., with High Honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law and is a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, Eric served as Editor-in-Chief of the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal and was a scholarship recipient from UNC School of Law’s Center for Banking and Finance
Prior to law school, Eric was a Senior Financial Analyst in Bank of America’s Consumer Deposits Controller group. He also completed a two-year finance management rotational program at Bank of America during which he supported mortgage servicing and consumer investments groups.
Eric is admitted to practice in the state of North Carolina.
