Brittany Constance



Brittany is a corporate attorney practicing in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Emerging Companies practice groups. Her practice focuses on a variety of areas, including general corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, antitrust matters, and venture capital.

Brittany was a Monroe Scholar and graduated summa cum laude from The College of William & Mary with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy, along with a minor in Economics. Prior to law school, Brittany worked as a paralegal for the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. She then earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as an editorial board member of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law. Prior to joining the firm, Brittany was an associate practicing in the Antitrust/Competition group of a prominent, international law firm in their Washington, D.C. office.

Brittany is admitted to practice in North Carolina and the District of Columbia.
