Client Service Director

Bio

David works as a client advocate within our law firm to ensure the client’s voice is always heard. As Client Service Director, David supports the firm’s Executive Committee and practice group leaders by promoting and executing a measurable client feedback program. He is responsible for liaising with clients and referral sources to obtain productive feedback and actionable market intelligence.

Often assisting with initial questions regarding our overall capabilities and strengths, David helps clients understand and navigate our law firm more efficiently. Wyrick Robbins is founder-focused and excels at providing legal and business strategy to founders, investors, directors, and management.

David helps coordinate the firm’s strategic partnerships with local business and philanthropic organizations to facilitate economic growth for our clients and to enhance our firm’s entrepreneurial and social impact in the region. In addition to serving as an ambassador for the Council for Entrepreneurial Development, David currently sits on the national advisory board of the Legal Service and Sales Organization and formerly served as a board member for the Triangle Chapter of the Association of Corporate Growth.

Prior to joining Wyrick Robbins, David enjoyed a diverse career with Chicago-based RR Donnelley, a multi-national communications company, where he served in several customer service and leadership roles within the Global Capital Markets Group.  If you’ve ever ‘spent the night at the printer,’ then you know a lot about David’s expertise and how it translates into legal services.

David is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Mass Communications and can often be found watching the Tennis Channel.  He and his family enjoy grilling out, attending ball games, and supporting several local charities including A Place at the Table, Alliance Medical Ministries, and the University of North Carolina Children’s Hospital.
