Human Resources Manager


As Human Resources Manager, Lauri enjoys supporting our people (aka, our “secret sauce”) and fostering a culture where individuals can thrive.  She has over 25 years of experience in working with employees and organization leaders in all areas of human resources including recruiting and retention, onboarding, performance management, total rewards, engagement, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, compliance, risk management, succession planning, HR technology and safety.  Lauri serves as a member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.  She values the opportunities to make a positive impact on our people who make Wyrick such a special place to work.  The firm has been named as a “Best Place to Work” by the Triangle Business Journal.

Prior to joining the firm in 2012, she served in HR leadership and support roles for a boutique law firm, a top 20 national accounting firm, a global ERP software company and a hospital system.

Lauri has dual certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Global Professional in Human Resources.  She received her B.S. in Management of Human Resources from Bellevue University.  Lauri is a member of SHRM and Raleigh Metro SHRM.
