Mike is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate practice group. His practice focuses on a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, investment, and financing. 

Mike received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude, and received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During law school, Mike served as both a staff member and a Notes Editor for the North Carolina Journal of Law & Technology and was a Dean’s Fellow. Also, while in law school, Mike worked as a judicial intern for Judge Robert T. Numbers, II, United States Magistrate for the Eastern District of North Carolina and for Judge Hunter Murphy of the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining the firm, Mike was an associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York, New York.

Mike is licensed in Florida and New York.
