Bio

Sam advises clients in M&A transactions, commercial contracts, licensing and general corporate matters.  He has worked with entrepreneurs, emerging companies, family businesses, private equity firms and public companies across a variety of industries, including healthcare, technology, life sciences, real estate, education, and transportation.

Prior to joining the firm, Sam worked for an international Am Law 100 firm and served as a teaching assistant for the University of Virginia School of Law’s Entrepreneurial Law Clinic.

Sam received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law where he served on the editorial board of the Virginia Law Review.  He earned his B.A. from the College of William and Mary, graduating summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa.
