Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Attorney (10+ years)

Position Details

Wyrick Robbins is seeking an individual with 10 or more years of relevant experience in executive compensation and employee benefits law to join its practice. 

  • Experience advising clients regarding the design and implementation of employee compensation arrangements, including annual and long-term bonus plans, deferred compensation arrangements under Section 409A, phantom stock plans, and various equity-based compensation.
  • Familiarity with employee benefits issues in M&A transactions, qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans and executive compensation arrangements.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication, analytical and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Membership in the North Carolina State Bar is not required to apply.
