To our valued clients and friends,
Like other businesses, Wyrick Robbins continues to follow and be guided by the rapidly changing news and governmental notices regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We continue to be under Wake County’s “stay at home” order through April 30th as well as North Carolina’s “stay at home” order through May 8th. As a result and until further notice, Wyrick Robbins will continue to have very limited support personnel in our office and only for the purpose of performing essential functions that cannot be performed remotely.
Our firm implemented our remote work and business continuation protocols on March 13th which allows us to conduct our operations and continue to serve you responsively, efficiently and effectively. We will continue to operate under these remote work protocols and systems during the duration of these “stay at home” orders.
Despite these orders, we will continue to do our best to minimize any interruptions or delays in our legal services to you. Attorneys, paralegals and staff will remain readily available to communicate with you via telephone and email, as well as video conferencing, as necessary. Email addresses and direct dial phone numbers for all of our attorneys are available on our directory.
You are the reason we exist and we are committed to continue to provide exceptional legal services and to do everything we can in these uncertain and challenging times to serve you.
If you have any questions about your legal needs, please contact the Wyrick Robbins attorney with whom you regularly work. You may also contact the firm’s Client Service Director, David Burkhardt, at 919.865.2806, dburkhardt@wyrick.com, or me at 919.865.2803, jyates@wyrick.com. For your convenience, we have also indexed many resources and FAQs on our COVID-19 Hub.
In the meantime, we will continue to monitor developments from our local government officials and public health agencies and, where appropriate, provide further updates.
We wish you and your loved ones the best and for you to remain safe and in good health.
On behalf of all of Wyrick Robbins,
Jimmy Yates, Managing Partner
