The Employment Law practice group at Wyrick Robbins has issued a Client Alert regarding the newly-enacted National Defense Authorization Act of 2008 (“NDAA”). The NDAA, among other things, requires employers to provide leave to families of members of the United States Armed Forces under certain circumstances. The leave requirements are applicable to all employers in the U.S. who have 50 or more employees.

This Client Alert is included in a special issue of The Resource: A Legal Newsletter for Employers & Human Resource Professionals.
