Wyrick Robbins attorneys L. Diane Tindall, Mary M. Williams and J. Kellam Warren have released the Summer 2010 issue of The Resource: A Legal Newsletter for Employers & Human Resource Professionals.
This issue describes the Department of Labor’s “Plan/Prevent/Protect” initiative to enhance enforcement of workplace protections under the Fair Labor Standards Act and will suggest strategies for employers to implement now to prepare for the DOL’s enforcement and regulatory initiative as it applies to wage and hour issues.
