Monday, November 14, 2011

Wyrick Robbins attorneys L. Diane Tindall, and Leah M. Moore have released the Fall 2011 issue of The Resource: A Legal Newsletter for Employers & Human Resource Professionals.

This issue examines what employers may and may not legally do to restrict employees’ off-duty use of social media.  A handful of recent decisions by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is reviewed.

A Client Alert is also included (p. 4) on a new rule applicable to many private-sector employers requiring the posting of notices to employees regarding their rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).
