Wyrick Robbins is pleased to announce that Mike DeFrank has been selected by Meritas, the global alliance of business law firms, to serve on the newly-formed Meritas US Leadership Committee. The 13 person Committee is charged with developing an appropriate strategy and action plan to maximize involvement and engagement of member firms in the United States. The US Leadership Committee will also work with US Board members and other Meritas Regional Committees to identify issues that need to be addressed, evaluate new ideas or programs, and provide input into recruitment and intra-Regional engagement.
About Mike DeFrank
Mike is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He represents clients in the financial services industry in matters involving claims for violation of state and federal consumer protection statutes such as TCPA, FCRA, FDCPA, and TILA. He has tried jury and non-jury cases, as well as handling numerous arbitrations. Mike is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and has previously chaired several firm committees.
