Todd Eveson recognized as an NC Lawyers Weekly’s Managing Partner to Watch

Wyrick Robbins congratulates Todd H. Eveson, Managing Partner and chair of the firm’s Executive Committee, on his recognition as a 2023 Managing Partner to Watch by North Carolina Lawyers Weekly’s Power List.

Todd is recognized for his outstanding professional achievements and leadership with nearly 25 years of experience focused on capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and bank regulatory matters. Todd most recently steered the firm to achieve Midsize Mansfield Rule Certification in May, underscoring his commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the firm.

Licensed in North Carolina and New York, Todd has served as counsel in connection with over 75 M&A transactions in the financial services sector, numerous successful IPOs, and over 20 successful de novo bank formations.  He regularly represents issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private offerings of securities, and he has served as primary counsel to more than 20 registered public companies during his career, including numerous companies listed on Nasdaq or the NYSE.
