RALEIGH, NC—Wyrick Robbins is pleased to announce the recent addition of two new associates.
Charles Archie joined the firm’s Commercial Real Estate practice group. His practice focuses on a wide range of commercial real estate-related transactions, including commercial lease drafting and negotiation, buyer and seller-side real estate purchases and sales, planned community development, and local government matters. Charles received his B.A. in History, with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Charles served as an Articles Editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation.
Christopher Poe joined the firm’s Emerging Growth Companies practice group. His practice focuses on corporate transactions. He helps businesses of all sizes and in all stages of development, from organization to exit, and often serves as outside general counsel for emerging growth companies. He assists startups with financings, including angel and venture fundings, and advises them on securities issues. He also works with venture capital and private equity funds in their formation and investment activities. Christopher received his B.A. from the University of Georgia and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
