Vascular Pharmaceuticals Wins Two Deal of the Year Awards
RALEIGH, NC—Wyrick Robbins congratulates its client, Vascular Pharmaceuticals, Inc., for being recognized by Southeast BIO (SEBIO) with two deal of the year awards. The awards were presented on November 1 at the 14th Annual Investor Forum in Palm Beach, Florida.
Vascular Pharmaceuticals received the Southeast Deal of the Year: Initial Funding award for its completion of $16 million equity financing by Intersouth Partners and MPM Capital. The company also received the Southeast Deal of the Year: Strategic Investment award for its deal with Janssen Biotech, which was announced along with its Series A financing.
