Wyrick Robbins Accepting Diversity Scholarship Applications

Raleigh, NC – Wyrick Robbins is pleased to announce that it is once again accepting applications for the firm’s Diversity Scholarship. First launched in 2020, the scholarship for law students is an important part of the firm’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Wyrick Robbins recognizes that people are its greatest resource, and seeks to recruit, retain, and promote a diverse group of talented attorneys so it can build stronger teams and a stronger firm.

“We take pride in our commitment to offering our Diversity Scholarship for its fifth consecutive year,” said the firm’s Managing Partner, Todd Eveson. “We firmly believe that by embracing diverse perspectives, we can continue to build an exceptional community of legal talent.”

The Wyrick Robbins Diversity Scholarship is open to first year law students. It includes a paid summer clerkship as part of the firm’s 2024 summer associate program. The recipient also is eligible for a $20,000 scholarship. In addition to receiving practical, hands-on experience and financial support, the recipient will be paired with at least two attorney mentors from the firm.

Applications will be considered based on a variety of factors, including academic and professional credentials, a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in the legal profession and Triangle communities, and interest in the firm and its practice areas. More information on the scholarship and how to apply can be found on the Wyrick Robbins Diversity Scholarship page of our website. The application deadline is January 9, 2024.
