Wyrick Robbins Announces Addition of H. Gray Hutchison, Jr.
RALEIGH, NC—Wyrick Robbins is pleased to announce H. Gray Hutchison, Jr. has joined the firm as Special Counsel.
Gray’s practice will concentrate in the areas of executive compensation, employee benefits, and ERISA. He has extensive experience with executive compensation and benefit plans of all types, including equity compensation, retirement plans, and medical, life, disability, and cafeteria plans.
Gray received his B.S. in Business Administration and J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to joining the firm, Gray served as General Counsel for Hutchison and Associates, an actuarial and employee benefits consulting firm, and later President of that firm. Most recently, he was a Senior Vice President and the Triangle Office Leader for Aon Hewitt, a global human resources consulting and outsourcing firm, which acquired Hutchison and Associates in 1995.
