RALEIGH, NC—Wyrick Robbins is pleased to announce the recent addition of four associates to the firm:
Jenna C. Borders joins the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice area. She received her law degree with high honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a published member of the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation. Jenna received her B.A., cum laude, from Tulane University.
Clay O. Martin joins the firm’s Capital Markets/M&A practice area. Clay received his law degree with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in law school, Clay served as a staff member and editor of the North Carolina Law Review. He earned his B.A. in Economics and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Samuel A. Slater joins the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice area. He received his law degree from Wake Forest University, where he served as Articles Editor of the Wake Forest Law Review and a Moot Court competitor in the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Sam attended N.C. State University as a Park Scholar, where he graduated magna cum laude earning his B.A. in Political Science.
Alexander J. Wilson joins the firm’s Capital Markets/M&A practice area. Alex received his law degree and LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Duke University, where he served as a staff editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy. He graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University earning his B.A. in History and German.
