Wyrick Robbins today announced the firm has donated $10,700 to the American Red Cross International Response Fund to help those affected by the Haiti earthquake.
The American Red Cross International Response Fund provides immediate relief and long-term support through supplies, technical assistance and other support to help those in need. Wyrick Robbins encouraged employees to contribute to the relief effort with a 100 percent match by the firm.
“We are grateful for the generous contribution from Wyrick Robbins and their employees that will bring hope and comfort to those affected by the devastating earthquake in Haiti,” said Barry Porter, Red Cross regional director. “This support translates into critical relief like food, water, health care, blankets, tents, mosquito nets and immunizations that save lives. As part of a global community, the American Red Cross provides hope and help in our community, across the country and around the world.”
