Wyrick Robbins is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected by the Triangle Business Journal as a recipient of their ninth annual Healthiest Employers of the Triangle Award. The firm’s high score represents a dedication to the health of our employees, and commitment by firm leadership to keep wellness a permanent fixture in our firm values.
Under the direction of Benefits Manager Debbie Zievis, the Wyrick Robbins wellness program “Well-being is Elemental,” has continued to add benefits year over year. In addition to continuing education programs focusing on topics such as cancer prevention and opioid awareness, the program offers a wellness allowance, individual health coaching, on-site yoga classes, health assessments, wellness challenges, biometric screenings, flu shots, and insurance premium discounts.
Wyrick Robbins has been a recipient of the award every year since the business journal began celebrating employers making remarkable investments in their employees’ health and was the only law firm to be named in 2019.
