Wyrick Robbins Named a Triangle Business Journal Healthiest Employer
Wyrick Robbins is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected by the Triangle Business Journal as a recipient of their eighth annual Healthiest Employers of the Triangle Award. The firm’s high score represents a dedication to the health of our employees, and our annual ranking in the top ten demonstrates that wellness is a permanent fixture in our firm values.
Led by Benefits Manager Debbie Zievis, the Wyrick Robbins wellness program, “Well-being is Elemental,” includes a comprehensive continuing education program focused not only on physical well-being, but social, community, financial and career well-being, too. In addition to educational events, the program offers a wellness allowance, individual health coaching, on-site yoga classes, health assessments, wellness challenges, biometric screenings, flu shots, and insurance premium discounts.
