Firm Committees

The firm maintains multiple committees that further our commitment to diversity and inclusion. Specifically, our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee spearheads several initiatives including the firm’s Diversity Scholarship, Midsize Mansfield Rule certification, and partnership with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, in addition to promoting awareness at key times of the year such as Black History Month, Pride Month, Juneteenth, and Holocaust Remembrance Day.

Our Women of Wyrick Committee provides our firm’s women attorneys with support and mentoring to further their success, increase their visibility within Wyrick Robbins, encourage their involvement in community initiatives, and foster business development opportunities.

Other Wyrick committees, like the Mentorship Committee, the Recruiting Committee, and the Social Committee execute diversity initiatives as part of their larger mission.
