Bio
Allie is a member of the firm’s M&A and Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice groups. She advises public and private companies in a variety of areas of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private placements, company formation and financing, and general business matters. Allie has experience representing businesses in a range of industries, including software and technology, life sciences and healthcare, and industrial and personal services. Allie regularly guides both buyers and sellers through complex legal transactions and enjoys being able to provide clients with practical solutions and business-minded advice.
Allie received her J.D., with honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was a member of the North Carolina Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Allie earned her B.S. in Psychology with a second major in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

- Represented distributor of disposable paper and plastic products, food service disposables, bar supplies, catering supplies, janitorial supplies in its sale to one of the largest distribution platforms in North America.
- Represented Thermo Fisher in $912.5 million acquisition of a private equity-backed leading provider of regulatory-grade, real-world evidence for approved medical treatments and therapies.
