Bio
Alessandra (“Alex”) is an intellectual property and corporate attorney whose practice spans the firm’s Trademarks, Licensing & Technology Transactions, and M&A practice groups.
Alex counsels clients across a wide range of industries and sizes—from emerging startups to established global companies—on trademark prosecution, enforcement, and brand protection strategies. She works closely with clients to secure strong domestic and/or international trademark rights aligned with their long-term business goals, and assists clients in protecting and maximizing the value of their brands.
Alex also has experience supporting licensing and other commercial transactions, including conducting diligence reviews, analyzing contractual rights, and identifying potential risks to help clients navigate transactions efficiently while protecting key business interests. She also advises clients on entity formation and a range of general corporate transactional matters.
Alex received her J.D. from University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Law and Technology and as a student attorney in the UNC Intellectual Property Clinic.
