Alice is an experienced employment attorney who assists management in all areas of employment law.  Alice regularly counsels and advises clients on issues regarding the workplace, including claims or issues related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour, class and collective actions, restrictive covenants, accommodations, leaves of absence, employment agreements and policies, employee classifications, and more.  Alice also has extensive experience representing management in all stages of pre-litigation and litigation in single and multi-plaintiff claims in state and federal courts under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), and other employment laws.

Alice received her B.A. from Wellesley College and her J.D. from Duke Law School.  While in law school, Alice was a Staff Editor of Law and Contemporary Problems.  Prior to joining the firm, Alice was an attorney at a global AmLaw 100 firm and a public medical device company.
