Allison Kraynek

Bio

Ally is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds practice group.

Ally received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was a member of the North Carolina Banking Institute. Prior to attending law school, Ally earned her B.S., cum laude, in Economics, with a second major in Environmental Studies from the University of Michigan.

Prior to joining the firm, she practiced in the Asset Management group of an international law firm.

Ally is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia only.

Investment Funds

The Investment Funds practice group is an interdisciplinary team of attorneys who focus on formation and management of private investment funds, and representation of fund sponsors, managers, advisers, and investors. We provide legal counsel in all relevant areas, including fund structure, tax planning, securities laws, internal ownership and control, regulatory, and other legal matters.
