Andrew R. Zerfass
Andrew is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds practice group. He advises institutional investors and sponsors of private investment funds on fund formation, governance, structuring, regulatory compliance and related matters. His experience includes advising clients on co-investment arrangements and secondary transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew practiced in the asset management group of an international law firm with a focus on private fund formation.
Andrew received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he was a staff writer and notes editor for the USC Spotlight Entertainment Law Journal. Prior to law school, he received his B.A. in music, magna cum laude, from Winthrop University.
