Catherine A. Phillips

Catherine is a corporate lawyer whose practice focuses primarily on commercial contracts. She has experience representing companies of all sizes in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements and transactions. Her practice currently focuses on commercial contracts in the software, technology, life sciences, and emerging companies spaces. Catherine received her J.D., with honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Catherine earned her B.A. in public policy from Duke University and her M.Div, magna cum laude, also from Duke University. Prior to joining the firm, Catherine worked in-house at a fintech company and an investment bank as well as in private practice at her own firm and another law firm.
