Chris is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets practice group. His practice focuses on assisting clients on a wide range of issues including corporate governance, securities offerings, mergers and other strategic combinations, as well as reporting requirements.
Chris earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law. He also holds a B.S. in Economics from Florida State University and an M.Div., magna cum laude, from Duke University Divinity School.
