Claudia is a member of the firm’s Licensing & Technology Transactions and Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice groups. Her practice focuses on licensing, strategic partnerships, and other transactions involving intellectual property or technology and corporate matters, particularly for biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies and other life sciences-related ventures.

Claudia graduated from the University of Miami with a B.S. in Biology and received her J.D., with High Honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, Claudia was a published staff member of the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology and was a student practitioner in the University of North Carolina School of Law’s Intellectual Property Clinic. She was also a Dean’s Fellow, Honors Writing Scholar, and received the Gressman-Pollitt Award for Excellence in Oral Advocacy.
