Daniela DeJesus

Daniela joined the Trusts and Estates team in 2023, with over fifteen years of legal experience.  Daniela assists fiduciaries and beneficiaries in connection with the administration of estates and trusts, and assists clients with the preparation of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts and powers of attorney.

Daniela received her B.A., with honors, from the University of Bridgeport, and her M.B.A., with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.  Daniela received her A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Norwalk Community College.

Our team has particular expertise in situations involving complex assets, transactions, and family relationships. The North Carolina State Bar has certified all the attorneys in our group as specialists in Estate Planning and Probate Law.
