Elizabeth Arentz Smith
Bio
Elizabeth is a member of our Trusts & Estates practice group. Elizabeth’s experience includes assisting clients in the preparation of estate plans ranging from simple wills to complex and sophisticated trusts. Additionally, Elizabeth has represented trustees and executors in the administration of trusts and estates, assisting them in the proper implementation of a decedent’s estate plan and effective discharge of their fiduciary duties.
Elizabeth graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and received her B.A. summa cum laude from Wittenberg University. During law school, Elizabeth served as the Note and Comment Editor for the Ohio State Business Law Journal.
