Ellenor is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Her practice focuses on advising corporate and private equity clients on transactions in a wide range of industries, including software and technology, healthcare and life sciences, and waste management. She also advises clients on corporate governance, entity formation, and general business matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ellenor served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William L. Osteen, Jr. in the Middle District of North Carolina.
Ellenor received her J.D. with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she served as Publication Editor of the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology. Prior to attending law school, Ellenor earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Duke University.
