Bio

Frank Kirschbaum is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group. His law practice has been built upon comprehensive representation of medical practices, hospitals, and other types of health care entities. Mr. Kirschbaum’s background includes experience in a broad spectrum of regulatory and transactional matters, including certificate of need issues concerning medical equipment, facilities, and services. He is well-versed with respect to state licensure processes and procedures and frequently provides counsel in drafting and/or analyzing compliance documents, Medicare and Stark regulations, and numerous other types of healthcare documents and agreements.

Frank received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
