Bio
Hannah is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group and advises clients on a wide range of employment issues including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave, and other workplace issues. Hannah has experience assisting clients in responding to demand letters and administrative agency charges, including through meditation. She also drafts and reviews employment-related policies and agreements, including employee handbooks, offer letters, and separation agreements. She is experienced in investigating employee complaints and has conducted sensitive internal investigations including into reports of misconduct, harassment, and discrimination.
Prior to joining the firm, Hannah practiced employment law in the Washington, DC office of an international law firm. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable T.S. Ellis III, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia. Hannah received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as Lead Executive Editor of the Virginia Law Review.
Hannah is admitted to practice in North Carolina, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
