Isabel is a member of the firm’s Corporate practice group. She focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, representing corporate and private equity clients in M&A transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side in a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Isabel worked at an AmLaw 100 firm in Washington, D.C., where she represented Fortune 500 companies in merger investigations by the Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division.
Isabel received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as an Executive Annual Survey Editor of the American Criminal Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Isabel earned her B.A. in English Literature, with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Isabel is licensed to practice in North Carolina and the District of Columbia.
