Bio
Jen Woy is a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice group and advises clients on estate planning, guardianships and the administration of trusts and estates. Jen assists individuals in the preparation of simple and complex wills, trusts and powers of attorney, and represents executors and trustees to carry out their fiduciary obligations in connection with the implementation of a decedent’s estate plan. Jen also helps heirs and beneficiaries navigate the intricacies of trust and probate administration.
Jen graduated cum laude from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, and received her B.F.A with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
