Kaley Ward

Bio

Kaley is a member of the firm’s Corporate practice group, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions. She represents clients in M&A transactions across a wide range of industries.

Kaley received her J.D. with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, she served as a staff member on the North Carolina Law Review and externed at the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the Guilford County District Attorney’s Office. She received her B.S. in Finance, with minors in Philosophy and Management Communications, from the University of Alabama, where she graduated summa cum laude.

Our M&A practice group is composed of experienced transactional attorneys focused on handling the complexities of M&A transactions. We take pride in working closely with our clients at every stage of the process, from pre-transaction preparation and deal structuring in order to maximize value and minimize risk, through due diligence, to drafting and negotiating definitive agreements, and ultimately to closing and post-closing advice.
