Karen E. Webster

In her current role as Human Resources Manager, Karen is passionate about supporting our people and fostering a culture where individuals can thrive. She serves as part of the firm’s senior management team. She manages and coordinates organizational activities related to a variety of Human Resources functional areas for staff positions including recruitment, talent management, onboarding/offboarding, compensation, payroll, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and safety.

Karen has over 27 years of experience in all areas of human resources with a love for employee benefits. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, she studied Business Administration at the University of Mount Olive and served in HR leadership and support roles for a large real estate firm, a national aggregates company, and a specialty medical practice.

Karen is a member of SHRM and Raleigh Metro SHRM.
