Kennedy Buechner

Kennedy is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group. She represents both businesses and individuals in various industries before state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals.  Her practice includes representing clients in commercial contract and business tort disputes, and advising clients facing issues involving employment, real property, and municipal law.

Kennedy graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law. She received her B.A. in English Literature and Secondary Education with highest distinction from Lincoln Memorial University. During law school, Kennedy served as a Staff Member on the First Amendment Law Review journal and as an Enrichment Group Leader.
