Bio

Lauryl is a member of the firm’s Corporate practice group. She focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, representing corporate and private equity clients in M&A transactions in a wide range of industries.

Lauryl received her J.D., cum laude, from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. During law school, she was a member of Campbell Law Review and served as Senior Student Comments Editor. Lauryl received her B.A. in Peace, War, and Defense, with highest honors and distinction, as well as minors in History and Philosophy, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
